HM Revenue and Customs have just announced this month that applications for the above Scheme have just opened.
From NOW, businesses that manufacture or store vaping products can apply for approval to ensure they are compliant when this duty comes into effect from 1st October 2026.
Their advice is that you:
- Apply NOW for approval
- Stay ahead of the changes
- Be ready when the duty comes into effect.
